The typical model is to have the founders who are there when the company is incorporated and they get the vast majority of the equity. And then you hire employees and starting with employee one and definitely on from there they're kind of a second and lower tier of staff by design. What we want with a partnership is more of a model where those team members are all peers in terms of their day to day work, freedom and responsibility.
