In and Out, It's Like a Movie Set

i've been continually impressed with the customer's service of something. The parking lot in downtown san luis, abysbo, there's a parking structure that's been there for a number of years now. When you pull out and you give your ticket to the person there, consistently, they are the nicest people. They say exactly the right amount of nice things and the right tone.
