Jason: We're really good at seeing the flaws and problems in others, and we are horrible at seeing them in ourselves. I think one of the things that help me the most was coming to the realization i'm just as likely, if not more likely, to fall for all this stuff. JASON: As an investor, whatever you can do that can be turned into policy and procedure, you should do the less frequently and the less significantly,. You have to make individual judgments.
