You're going to have to, if you want to change that, it's not something where you can just buy a tool that's going to make this better. What we, we found is that by communicating, not only through emails, which people delete or even, you know, maybe even videos that maybe people don't watch, but actually trying to actually do the physics applies. That's going to take work because you're not going to be there, especially at bigger companies.
