I've Done This Intentionally for Thanksgiving

Some people are susceptible to over indulging from time to time. They do understand that they have to make up for it in other ways if they want to maintain their body composition. And I myself have done this intentionally. For Thanksgiving, for many years, I would intentionally eat as much as I possibly could. It's not necessarily a problem, especially if you are not prone to any sort of binge eating disorder or just eating disorders in general.
