A coin desk review of the public ledger shows that four small portions of the roughly 20 bit coin raised ended up at two centralized exchanges,. It's not clear whether the funds were cashed out for fiat or frozen at those platforms. Unlike bank wires, transactions on decentralized block chains typically cannot be stopped or frozen.
