Is the Ten Ex Developer a Better Developer?
The top one % developer is more along the lines of, i have honed my craft. The challenge then isn't, am i better than steve at javas grip? The challenge is, have i made enough incremental progress to move the needle? And if i'm moving the needle for myself 37 times, and somebody else is onlymoving the needle for themselves ten times, then eventually i will be that top one%.
