From april, you will not be able to rent out a property that has an e pc rating of f or lower. A bad rating might put off some buyers or renters, but that's all there is to it. So important to know, important to keep an eye on. But if you do have a property that doesn't meet standards, don't worry. There's normally something you can do about it in a pretty cost-effective way.
