How to Analyze Different Types of Tickets

There were a few things. I think the one thing that was particularly interesting in my mind was to analyze differently some types of tickets if you want, because of the fact that some of them were substantially more important than others. A clear example is tickets are related to safety. And so because of that, we spent a lot of time analyzing the issues specifically within the buckets of the most safety related ones and the most security and safety related ones. We had a lot of better analysis there to make sure that there were not errors as much as possible.
