What's the Process of Writing in a Sack?

I think that the tone of what the songs are about, if it's done well, like it's kind of informed about the music for the most part. I guess it's always been a thing that the band had to grapple with is the balance of the darker stuff and the lighter stuff. And on this record as a whole, I think we were conscious of wanting to play more with the imagery throughout it. But just overall feel more still personal, but more narrative in a lot of ways.
