The Importance of Diversity in Business

I can sort of see that you want broad policies in this area rather than focusing and creating differences between people. But at the same time, what we don't do is get into finer and finer gradations of marking everybody into a category. And I don't think that's looking at too many categories to cause issues. That's about being really focused and really making it a business issue.
