The Power of Visualization in Anxiety
When we think about something scary, our stress response turns on. Our bodies physiologically respond to the things that we're visualizing in the same way as something that is happening to us in the actual physical moment. It's hard to escape anxiety when we get into that negative feedback loop because there is a super tricky kind of thought that'll get you every time.
