You're at Work, You Can't Remember Anything Outside of Work

The show is about the idea that you could sep yourself, like we talk about work life balance. It isn't clear until half way through the first episode what severance means. Adam scott as somebody who has had this procedure done, he, in his outside life is dealing with grief. In his work life, he doesn't have to deal with that. And i feel like some people would jump on something like this just to have a way to be like, oka, i don't have to bring any of my work baggage home,. My home self doesn't, can be fully untethered. This show does some really cool stuff.
