Leadership is not a skill set well gues, it's all about social and emotional intelligence. Every er who has a group of people that are following needs to build these skills. I think we have a miss nover sometimes, while once i reach a a position of power, i won't need those, they'll just do what i tell you to do. That may be true in the military, you follow your c o, but everywhere else, i think they're voting with their feet.
