would i would, let me just take a step back with accountability and commitments for a second. So would i say to somebody for a commitment, like, hey, vince, so tell me what you loved about your last job, or how would i find that out? Or or accountability, tell me a time when you know something went wrong and it was your fault. I what or how would i figure this out in in the interview, or in that process yes,
Speaker 1
no, you're on the right track. And wat, wat, i suggest everyone does is create one interview question based around o each one of these. Ki, now i look for commitment in the interview process early, based on this question, what do you know about us? So i want to know that that person is has done the research about my company. There ain't any of you think about it. Think of the difference between someone that applies for a job and they spray their resume across ten, 15 different businesses, and one hits, but they know nothing about your company. It the person that spent all night looking at your web site and coming through. We had a person the other day that came in that were hiring, and she saw venessa in the gim and she knew who venessa was because she read my bio, rightnd, there's a picture of me, an venessa, the web site rat for. And she started talking of vanessa and mentioning things that were in the bible like that. Somewhere i sink is the step to be committed, because they're starting with men. This is a really cool place. I'm going to i really want to work here, cause i see the kind of culture they've got. I see what's going so again, like i said, some o that is on ther is on ther, is in their court. But some of it's in yours, right? Some of it is, it is, whod, who do you need to become? E ant, who do you need to become to be a business that they want to be committed to? Tas, that actly like a little bit of a gut check, right there. Are you running a good enough business right now to find people that will be committed to it? So this is a two way street here, aunt. This is a two way street for the owner and for the person who do you to become to be a business that they want to be committed to? And then you'll start attracting the eight players. But that's what i would say, is look for those kind of things in the interview process. Ah, you know, i really want them. I look at that is, if they know a lot about me coming in, that is, ayo know, a very, very powerful thing and a good step forward. And again, as e adan, you can't always tell in the entervew process. Sure, you can't always tell. Riht, you got it, like they got to put the best foot forward in the interview process. But then you're really see the the a player role forming over time.
