We look for people who are passionate about the markets, that absolutely, you know, they enjoy what they do. We use a lot of different systems. Understanding a market structure, as i mentioned earlier, it's somewhat, it's not exactly, i think, i'v yod a blank sheet of paper, i'm not sure you have to day. But just understanding how all the different tools available to you so we can work with other teams and groups is key.
