Using a SVG Path Optimizer for AVDs
The two biggest bottlenecks to Lottie's performance are the obvious one, which is doing the path drawing operations. If you have hundreds or 1,000 shapes and each one has a bunch of vertices, it just takes time to walk through them all. The other prime I've seen in the past with these float numbers that you pass and that’s all right,. It turns out it's surprisingly tricky in subtle ways to turn a floating point number into a string.
