The Importance of Knowing Your Athletes

Mike: I've always been more of a power athlete more of an explosive athlete a strength athlete and so that's why this type of event one attracted me because it was so damn challenging to do an endurance and endurance strength endurance base sport for 10 minutes when honestly anything over three reps sounded really high. Mike: It must be like living in hell after about three minutes in your body because you're not designed for thatYou're like a sprinter to sign up for a hundred mile race you know so I'm saying to do that has to be mentally challenging and I think that's too like as a related side note  it's gonna take time for you to learn them.
