The Importance of Positive Thinking in Recovery
I imagine if my struggle was food, that would be completely different. It's you know, I don't think about I've been so over almost 20 years. The only thing you can kind of, what works for me is like, I look at the positive things in my life. And compassion when we miss the mark, that has been one of the most important things for me in other addictions other than drugs and alcohol.
