The Future of the Tech Workforce

Renee: Encouraging the next generation to get interested in going into tech careers is one of the big things we all need to work out. New Zealand banking, I guess not necessarily the banking system, will now process payments seven days a week - even on public holidays and weekends. But Kiwi bank don't seem to be playing ball; they're saying that their payment processing times will remain the same after Friday. It might be time to have another guest in from the banking sector to get some insights into what's happening in that side of things.
