The CIA's Investigation of a Venison in Cuba

In 2016, a venison was named after us diplomats and spies who operating in the US embassy in Cuba reported having these mysterious suite of symptoms. A lot of them were sort of cognitive reported hearing loud and explicable noises had headaches suffering nausea whole list of things that are kind of hard to define and understand. Initially this was blamed on what was suspected to be some kind of directed energy weapon so there's a whole debate around do these things even exist is this even possible.
