CHAPTER

Is There a Process of Value Self Deliberation?

Before the rankings, prospective law students used to talk about what different law schools valued. But that happens becaue there's a presentation of a plurality f values. Now they say, 99 percent of the students just assume their goal is to get in to the best school. So they don't go through the process of value self deliberation. In these cases, you end up out sourcing your values. Youkno letting somebody else perform value deliberations for you. And so any value systems they omit are subject to those kinds of interests and are going to be standardized across a vast institution.
