We often think about food ind the consects of our health, our well being. What you're fundamentally talking about is more natural foods, less highly processed, industrialized food. Even what's considered healthy food to day, oatmeal, avacatos, yogert you know, gobars, all this stuff is soft. It requires basically no chewing at all. And the less you're chewing, especially when you're younger, the less you'll be working out these muscles and developing your face. We eat as much as we can, a minimaly process, you know, food as close to nature as possible.
