Elaine and Ed Brown Were Convicted of Conspiracy to Defraud the United States

Elaine brown was released on bail until a couple sentencing harring on april 20. The judge ordered elaine not to return home where her husband was hiding out. Elaine Brown said she would be living with her son in warchester, massachusetts. Instead, the government attached a tracking device to her ankle to insure it. Ed brown remained at the couple's home in plainfield, joined by other family supporters and friends. He told reporters that his was self contained, with wind and solar generators, food, water and inernet access. Repeated that he had no intention of turning himself in.
