The Government's Trying to Help Everyone
i suppose lots of us ever have known this has been coming for a while. It's interesting to to hear the bank of england almost admit it. People on lower incomes have missed out on those, partly because they don't pay by direct ebit,. maybe because they're on a prepayment meter. So when the government are trying to help everyone, they tended to not get through to those need it most.
