I know you went on to lead enterprise great development efforts Lockheed that's also my alma mater Siemens and then find the end up as managing director of critical software UK. Tell us a bit about some of your early ones at critical software and I guess really what inspired your interest in predictive maintenance there. Oh yes interesting you mentioned CMMI level five I think it still lives with us when you've worked to the company that has that for six years. But from a personal development perspective I get it was my first role as a CEO MD so and that's good and bad right.
