Is There a Difference Between Project Management and Operations?

There is a lot of blur happening around project management. What it comes down to is that it's about focused collaboration and like an investment of focused energy to do a thing. I think in the old world, we're counta like, great, everyone's doing operational stuff ad they're working on these projects off the side of their desks. So we need a project manager to like just have them do other work that then feeds into a project. Some people are concerned that it's minimizing the contribution that a project manager can bring when we start ing the table up to other participants.
