The Second Circuit's Decision in the Carry You Versus Prints Case

The Andy Warhol Foundation saw this discussion of this narrowing of transformative use in the Second Circuit. And they were hoping that the Supreme Court would, I think, probably go back to the carry you versus prints decision and say, no, that was the correct analysis. The question really was, which side are you on? Which team do you want to sign up for? We're looking at if the new work brought any meaning and message to the original work, also again, harken back to the Constitution's idea of progress in science.
