Pamela and Solomon, you both have been calling into question some of the problematic features of the quote unquote gold standard. What are some of the challenges with this traditional way that the life sciences industry gathers evidence? So I'd say you can probably think about it in two buckets. The patients that they recruit tend to not be as complex as the patients that you average clinician is seeing. And then the second bucket would really go around this phase of like, what's fit for purpose evidence?
