Using Your Physiology to Pay Attention to Your Body
When i'm feeling off kilter, that part of my brain that knows things, it's a little bit off line. And so the thought to myself, belly, breather, take a deep breath, never worked. But what i have found is if i will just put my hand on my belly, or my forearm on my belly,. and breathe, so that i feel connecting with my physiology. That dramatically can drop me out of that hyperaroused stateyes, it's really curious. I'm not saying, breathe, michael, but i am using my physiology to talk to itself.
