S2 Episode 10 - "Infinite Crisis"
Blowback
The War of the Flea
Bobby Kennedy was shot and killed at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles on June 6, 1968. The fair play for Cuba Committee eventually succumbed to infiltration by U.S. intelligence agencies. Robert Taber, a founding member of the group, took to drinking heavily and reportedly submitted himself to the CIA as a co-operator. During 1965, Taber released his classic work on guerrilla insurgency, The War of the Flea. Ominously, this book was reprinted in 2002 by Potomac Press. It is now a standard reference for the US military on counterinsurgencies.
