Poncast begins with Genesis 21. Brent asks, did you have any problems at the story? We're not in the genealogy gene pool so this question isn't nearly as prominent but it's always one that we want to be aware of. The first chapter is about Abraham and Sarah having a son who was mocked by his mother-in-law because she nursed another man's child. After they were circumcised, abraham sent hagor off on her own into the desert where she left him for dead. God heard the boy crying which i find interesting - he doesn't say he hears hagar's cry; says he hears the 'zaka' (cry of oppressed)
