The Best Stocks in the Cannabis Market
IIPR has been able to raise capital very easily at high valuations and then redeploy it buying buildings from cannabis companies. Madmen is probably the most known Brad in the country but they also are like a 40 cent stock and serious problem, so I don't recommend buying it. So these are two stocks that are great in this market because you're getting a nice yield in your own buildings and hard assets are not going away.
