Reaching Out to People You Just Don't See as Much as You Like

There was a study that just came out about the impact of reaching out to people unexpectedly. People significantly underestimate how much other people actually really appreciate being reached out to. If you love someone, tell them, I love them. If you like them, tell them you like them. There's so many ways to do it that we all should be doing it. We're on these goddamn apps.
