Are There Biase Effects?

How likely we think something is has to do with our ability to recall it from memory. A conamantversky study found that when people saw lists of famous women, they thought there were more men on the list. So this illustrates the availability heristic. The thing is, imagine you were trying to design an artificial intelligence that was going to try to make decisions. How would you actually design it without something that's at least somewhat like the availabilityristic?
