Do We Really Need a Constitution Amendment to Legalize Money in Politics?

i think the heart of it is probably the corruption. You know, from the late 19 seventies and onward, there's been a number of supreme court decisions that effectively legalized money in politics. So i look at that and an like, i want to fix that problem. But in some ways, i look atthat problem and it almost seems insurmountable,. It's this idea of basically a federal direct democracy law - where every time you go vote for president,  you could have the american people directly vote on whatever. Should we legalize marawana? Should we have a 15 dollar minimum wage?
