The Press Is the Audience for Performative Outraged People

The supreme court has lately looked like the most powerful part of the federal government. The founders did not intend for the court to have sucho a role, they viewed the judiciary as merely one branch of government. It really does amuse me that now with a conservative court taking action to return to congress and to the states, these people are exercising their proper judicial roles. They have to realize that this suddenly is an issue. And i wish any of my predecessors from the twentieth century or back to the 19 twenties had been able to do something about it.
