Is the Russian Air Force Employing Airpower?

The Har missiles seem to be having significant effect in neutralizing russian air defense systems. I just doubt it was especially effective, because, first of all, e ucranian forces broke through very fast. Ukranan air defense is probably the thickest around harkef in the sobest, and they have quite a bit of it. And the Russian air force has been m a man's been criticized before, typically from ground forces, for being brisk of erse. But it's not really, it's not willing to put itself at risk, from the looks of it. i think they did lose maybe one, at least one aircraft that i sougt in trying to provide
