The Talent Side of the Markets, You Know?
There weren't many organizations rapidly expanding in the trading space. The talent that had been grown up and developed as this new class of participants, you know, scaled both at the banks or proprietary trading houses. And so we've built out their own trading and supply function with their own trading floors. Many of them in Houston are in major energy centers and sort of fill that role that the banks largely exited after the financial crisis.
