The Effects of Cephasylin on SSIs

There wasn't a difference between those who got Cephasylin alone versus those who got. Cephasilin plus vancomycin. But in knee replacement patients,Vancomycin was actually associated with an increased risk of infection. And then in the Cep hasilin only group, it was also associated with more acute kidney injury. So to be fair, I don't know how to make sense of these data. Do you understand this? Yeah. We had a pretty hard time reconciling these results."
