The Limitations of IP in Turkey

I think XQC is working within the bounds of a lack of regulation around this sort of thing. I still don't see the solution of making everything IP-less. There needs to still be some limitations to what you can and can't do because there's going to be bad faith abusers of that structure. His perspective on it is like, as long as nobody comes after me, why the fuck would I stop?
