Do You Think Ukraine Is Using a Dirty Bomb?
Donna Brazile says Russia is trying to establish a new baseline for the narrative of what's going on. The more they talk about things deteriorating, there's escalation, she says. She believes that this dirty bomb threat is not because of any sort of Western sponsored Ukrainian dirty bomb. But I think it mostly comes from a reaction of Russia losing on the battlefield and changing the angle of attack. We'll talk through how serious these things are and what it means in terms of escalation.
