What Does Freud Mean About Polymorphic Perversity?

Pauli: Freud's whole thesis regarding human sexuality was that the suppression of it would cause the sexual impulse to be sublimated into other forms. So I guess I'm just wondering where are we trying to get from where we are here? That would be better than the current engagement with sex that society has, I guess. Pauli: To me, it does seem sort of like an individual thing because Freud is a psychoanalyst and he's concerned with individual pathologies.
