Do You Allocate Equally Across Every Stock?
Do you use market breadth as one of those market regime indicators? It's something that I have played around with a lot and tried to use an anger a number of times. But using it in any sort of meaningful way as part of a strategy, I've not found something that gives me any better results than maybe just looking at the momentum of the index itself. Do you allocate equally across every stock or do you allocate more to those with higher momentum scores? We haven't touched on position size yet but just think about where your gains are coming from.
