The Importance of Innovation in Digital Ministry

The digital space isn't native to me. I'm addicted to my cell phone as is many people, but just understanding getting it's not native. So I've had to really lean into our younger leaders who have a real vision and calling towards it. And so I'll go along with them and say, okay, we'll do that. And then stuff doesn't work. We're still in the experimenting process. Where we are now is our experimentation and the mistakes we've made has led us to be in a place where a lot of churches would probably scratch their heads because of the data. It's just a data-driven thing.
