There might be cases where you're letting people die and by letting them die, you're not committing formal libertarian aggression against them. I don't we should be restricted to formal libertarian aggression as our only conception of human rights. Every single thing you do, including our discussion, re mixes the future course of world history. And if you're a consequentialist, you need to take that seriously.
