Makrosoft's Terms of Service on the Microso Store

Makrosoft has changed its terms of service on the microso store such that you can't charge for open sor sofwere any more. The exact wording says that you will not attempt to profit from open source or other soft weather is otherwise generally available for free. I think this is a totally overblown storm in a teacup, as per bloody usual.
