Most of my races are in hot and humid conditions. What dosage is recommended when it comes to balancing heat adaptation with the other training benefits that I might get from training in an air conditioned room? Are there any changes to this mix as the season progresses and in the last 48 weeks before a race? All right Joel, I'll answer that one first and then we'll cut back into your second question.
