Every time you raise tax rates on the rich, all right? Every time you raise that highest rate on top 1%, the economy underperforms. Warren Buffett in 2010, according to economics, earned about $12 and a half billion,. His appreciation in assets, his spending and his gifts, all of that included in his income, paid about £7 million in income taxes. At a low rate broad-based flat tax, he would have paid one and ahalf billion or more in taxes. And he would have been happier. We want to not go after those people, we want to encourage those are what make America different from all these other countries.
