The Short Ball Plot in the Ashes
I think Ollie Robinson will die if they make him ball five tests of short balls. He's way fitter than he's ever been, but it takes about 30% more energy to bulk insist on bounces over that. I would assume Mark Wood is not fit. If they thought he was even close to being fit, he would have played in this test match. Jimi Anderson, can he play again this series? Ben Stokes barely can walk some days. They don't want him to be bowling bouncer after bouncer here. Josh Tong will play a couple more tests. That's not a problem. There aren't actually anyone else.
